Aging is an illusion created to define a pattern 

This pattern appears fundamental and natural 

Yet it is a trick of the Mind to create contrast 

This contrast is change to make Time seem real 

Not just real, but fundamental  and natural 

It is this pattern of Aging that is needed to support Life 

As Life is a system that involves many patterns 

For Life to be timeless and unchanging is not real 

To have a cycle of evolution without aging is impossible 

The Old must Die to make way for the Young 

These patterns are here to make reality seem real 

To see beyond this reality is to glimpse divinity 

Yet it takes away from the Great Illusion of reality 

To be here is to exist in the Real and Illusion simultaneously 

The Mind chooses to see that with which it is in Agreement
